About Don
Reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad shifted my view of money and sparked an interest in real estate and investing. I realized that incredible opportunities were available to hard-working agents in the real estate industry. I immerse myself in the information and data available in real estate and eagerly integrate new technology and tools to make transactions easier for my clients. I put integrity, knowledge, commitment, perseverance, and creative service into every detail of a real estate transaction.
I consider learning a lifelong journey and participate in investor related seminars to constantly improve my strategy and hone my skills. I am a member of the Rental Property Owners Association (RPOA) where I have had the opportunity connect and engage with local investors. I have been inspired by my Grandpa Essenmacher who was a commercial realtor, my father and mother who taught me to go after my goals, and my wife who is my biggest cheerleader.
During my leisure time I am an avid reader, enjoy time at the gym, and lessons in Tae Kwon Do with my two kids. Family is a priority to me as I am sure it is to you. I enjoy walking our dog and taking time to explore the lake area with my wife. I love discussing investments, current changes to the real estate market, and vacation spots.
