The only reason the price is $550,000 is the bluff that is in front of the property limiting views at least from the main and 2nd floors. Someone could buy the land, embrace the lot with a beautiful home nestled in the valley or base of the dune and build a gazebo at the top with cameras wired to the house to enjoy the sunsets for the next several years until the dune continues to erode away and then you have that prime view.
