About Cristyn

Go Blue!!! Born and raised in Michigan, being a University of Michigan graduate is no coincidence. I was blessed to grow up in Greater Grand Rapids and was always involved in an activity or sport of some sort. The academic excellence at the College of Engineering combined with such a rich tradition in sports was a perfect match.

 

Growing up in Grand Rapids was a blessing. Summers were spent enjoying the waters of Lake Michigan, fall brought bonfires and football games, and come winter we were skating at an ice rink somewhere across the state.

 



After graduation, the lakeshore town of Holland became my new home and I went to work in the Automotive Industry. As years passed, I had opportunities to grow and work with several world class organizations. My career journey took me from Environmental Health and Safety, to Operations, Engineering, and even Human Resources.



 

Life looks different now, but amazing. Today I walk a different path. I am a daughter, a sister, a wife, a golfer, a coach, and a Realtor. My husband and I live with our two pups in a small neighborhood on the outskirts of town. I still spend summers visiting the lake. I still enjoy fall football and making fresh applesauce with apples from the local orchard. I still visit ice rinks and get to watch my nephew fall in love with skating. Now, I am also blessed with a career far more rewarding than I could have expected. I get to spend my time with people and friends I care about, helping find a home to experience a lifetime of memories.
